Hey Snowball Fight!!!

Hi all today I am posting for Just Inspirational challenge.  Our theme is Winter so I chose this wonderful image Annie and she is from Encino Stamps here:  I think she is perfect for our theme this week.  I colored her with copics and added the tree after masking her to add the tree.  The snow is a white viva pen.  The background paper is from a 6x6 pack that I got from a friend and have no idea who it is by.  I added the red ribbon and the bow for bling.  I hope you will come down to Just Inspirational Challenges here: and play along with us.  We have great prices for you if you win the challenge.  What an appropriate theme with all the snow the states is getting now.  Come on you know you want to play along.  I look forward to seeing all of you.  Happy Crafting!!!!

2 Christmas tags.

I made these two tags for my great grand daughters Christmas gifts.  I love these images. They are just adorable.  They are from Imagin That by Kris and you can get them here.  This is an entire set and so cute.  These are both precolored as I am desperately trying to get all my hand made items done so they can be sent out in time to get them for Christmas.  I inked the edges of each different colors for different sisters.  I added the sentiments and the stars.  The Ribbon is from my Stash.  I will put them on there packages and I sure hope they love them.  They love to get cards in the mail and love the ones I color just for them.  I hope you like my cute tags.
Happy Crafting.
I would like to enter this into the Anything goes Challenge at Through The Craft Room Door.  here:

Snowball fight

Hi everyone,  I am posting today with a darling set of digi's from Imagin That by Kris here:  She has a lot of darling images so I hope you will go check out all she offers.  I put three of the images together to set this little scene.  I used chalks to do the background on this one.  My real first one that turned decent.  I am please with how it turned out.  The images are precolored for this one but it is ok,   I used the papers on the inside as well and put some snowflakes in there as well.  I added the 3 snowflakes on the outside too.  The swirls on the side are from, they just stick on so easy to use.  The background paper is from a small 6x6 pack.  I hope you like my card.  I am gonna use it for someone special this Christmas.
Happy Crafting everyone.

The Owls

Hi everyone.  Today I am posting my card that I made by Aurora Wings.  I am also entering it into the challenge "Anything goes"  there at Aurora Wings here:   I colored her with the Owls with my copics and I just love how it turned out.  She is such a beautiful image.  I mounted it on a brown card with a golden piece of card stock as the background paper. And mounted it on another piece of brown paper.    I wanted to go for the monochromatic look it is a new one for me.
I added the 3 gems for the only bling on the card. I wanted to keep it simple and let the image take center stage.   I hope you like this I know I do.
I hope you all have a great day.  Happy Crafting.

Maggie 2

Good afternoon all.  I have had a very rough week.  I have to say I am not sure where my head went but hopefully I will find it soon.  This is Maggie and she is from Stampart.  I actually posted the wrong card for this week so as I said I am not sure where my head was.  I did this card in about 1 1/2 hours yesterday.  The card you saw before was the wrong image.  I colored her in copics of course, and cut her out with a spellbinders die cut.  I inked the edgers and just added the organza bow for bling.  It is a very simple card but I didn't want to take away from the image as she is just adorable.  I know you can't see the bling  on the butterflies but I used a glitter pen on the wings.  This is my DT card for Just Inspirational Challeges for the is week and the theme is Gifts.

I hope you will all come down and join us in the fun.  Any gift card (no pun here) is good.
You can find this image here.
The challenge site is here:  So come on down and play along.  And I am sorry for the mix up ....  Hope you enjoy this Maggie.

Tears in the Wind

Good morning to you all.  Today  I am posting a wonderful image that I found on Ching-Chou-Kuik esty shop here:  She is a fairly new artist that I have discovered and I love her images.
I colored her with Copics and am trying a new cut for my card. I have done this kind of cut before but it never looked good.  I found some articles on the net and saved them and there were plenty for different cuts so I thought I better try this one instead of the other  I had that didn't seem to work.  This one the sizes were perfect.  I love the way this turned out too.  Used glitter paper of dark pink (last sheet) and used a fiskars punch to do the edges.  The flowers are a fiskars punch and the flourish is cut from my cricut.  The thank you sentiment I just wrote by myself.  The bow I made with the bow maker my hubby made for me.  It works so well..  Thank you for looking at my card today.

I am also going to enter this one into the Anything goes challenge here:

This pretty lady is "Pepper"  and she is getting ready for her Prom...  This image is for Just Inspirational Challenges themed "Special Occasions" and the company that makes this beauty is Sassy St. Designs you could get it here:  The have many great digi images.  I colored her with copics and I had to cut her out because one of my copics decided to leak.  So I cut her out.  The doily behind her was inked with red chalk ink.  The background paper is from Recollections.  The ribbon is some I bought at Tuesday morning at Christmas a couple of years ago.  The sentiment is from a stamp set from Studio Stamps.  The stars are from the Scrapbook expo last year.  I hope you will come down and play along with us at Just Inspirational Challenges here:
We have some great prizes for who ever wins.  Just any special occasion will work.  Have fun and we will see you there.

Party Time

Hey everyone this is a freebie image I got from the Outlawz party time events for this week.  We had to follow a sketch here below.  I colored the image with copics and glitter pens for bling.  I printed the paper that came with the set of images. The sentiment came with the image as well.  I had some banners in my stash which I used as well so I cut it down a bit as it was way to big and added the two flower gems to the bottom.
I hope you will come down and play along and join all the fun at The Outlawz here:  Great games and this freebie plus challenges all week long.  I hope to see you there!!  Happy crafting.

Oh my isn't this the cutest little dog you have ever seen?  Honestly I love this image.  It is by Your next Stamp and so adorable.  Have I gushed enough about the stamp?  Well ok then on to the design of the card itself.  The base card  is olive green as there is olive green in the image then I printed the orange  and the olive check an the orange check from digi papers.  I love digi papers as you can print them when you need them.  I didn't have any check papers so I found some in my papers and was so happy.  When I am making a card I get an idea in my head of how I want it to look.  (Sometimes at night when I should be sleeping as well).  My little leaves are some I had in my digi stamp collection and I just colored them to make them look like it was Autumn.  My image is also colored with copics and the sentiment is from another set of Autumn stamps.  The butterfly is a die cut from Stampin-up.  I certainly hope you like my card.  This one is for Just Inspirational Challenges for this week. You could use a cute card like this to send to a friend or someone in your family to let them know your thinking of them so why not make an Autumn card and come down and play along here:  We have some wonderful prizes to win.  I sure hope to see you all there.
