Inspiration by Linda "Little Talks "

Good Morning to all of you.  Today my post is for Ching-Chou Kuik Stamps. You can get this stamp here at Ching- Chou Kuik Esty store: https://www.etsy.com/shop/gjzcck/search?search_query=Dreamy+Lily.  This is for our monthly theme "Fall Colors" .  I used the oranges and browns in my image but the flowers reminded me of Day Lillies and I love there brilliant orange colors.  I tried to color them the way I remember them to be.  I didn't want the owl to be the same color as the hair (as you would not have seen him) So I made him a snow owl.  I know my daughter would love this card as she loves owls.  I colored it with Copics.  I decided to do a easel card this time and punched the edges with a fiskars border punch.  I used stickers for the flower to hold the card in place with some of the same colors as in the image.  I got the ribbon from a garage sale and unfortunately it is the last of this color.  I do hope you will come over to the website and play along with us.  You can use any image but you get two entries if you use a Ching-Chou Kuik image.  The challenge is here:http://cck-digitalstamps-challenge.blogspot.com/. I hope to see you all there.  Till then Happy Crafting to you all!!

Maggies Apples

Good Morning to you all.  Today is September 1st and I have a card that I want to show you for some inspiration from Imagine That by Kris.  I think it represents fall very well.  And as much as we hate to admit it, it is coming fast.  It is still pretty hot here in Florida and won't cool down for a while but up North burr it is coming quickly!

I colored my image with copics and used some of the background paper that Kris has included in our set of this month.  She has colored image and line drawings which this one is.  Also the sentiment came from the set as well.  This will be our progressive set for this month.  I added some swirls and buttons to the card for some bling.  I really didn't want to take away from "Maggie the Cow and her Apples"  You can find the set here:http://imaginethatdigistamp.blogspot.com/.

I do hope you will come down to the website above and join the fun and next month you will get your image free.  If you haven't played along before you can purchase this set and enter this month and from then on as long as you play each month with the set Kris chooses to send to you, you will get the new set each month free.  I have done the progressive challenges for a long time an have built my stash of free images up to well over 100 now.  I don't stamp a lot but sure do love the digi images as they take up so much less room.

So come play along with us and join in the fun!!!! Here is what is in this set.  Sweet is it not??
Till then Happy Crafting!!

Wishful Asha

Today I am posting this little beauty for the Outlawz Progressive Challenge PF09 here:http://outlawzchallenges.ning.com/groups/group/show?groupUrl=freebie-progressive-challenge.  It is a great group to get into.  She is from Make it Crafty and is called Wishful Asha.  I colored her with my copics and mounted her on a background paper from Recollections from Michaels.  The black die cuts are from my cricut and the flowers on top are from a swap on Make it Crafty.  The flower on the bottom is a die cut from Spellbinders and a friend gave me a bunch of them.  I used glitter glue on the flowers on her head and the puff the butterfly is on plus the butterfly but it really doesn't show on here.  I hope you like my card and will leave me some love.  I think she is just adorable and a great image to color.

I am also going to use this card to enter into a design team call for Make it Crafty so wish me luck.

Beach Blanket Girl

Hey everyone,  welcome to the mid month of the Imagine That by Kris progressive challenge.    Today I used the colored images of the set.  I used the beautiful girl and the umbrella for this card.  I did the png images so I could merge the umbrella behind the little girl.  I like to do that.  I did enhance the hair on the girl but that is just me,  You really don't need to do that as it is beautiful just the way it is.  I used some of the paper from the paper pack too and one of the sentiments in the set.  You get so much for your money with Kris's images,  They are available here: http://www.imaginethatdigistamp.com.  I hope you will go take a look at the store and pick up some of the beautiful images she has.  There will be a freebie this month to help you jump in and play and then next month you get your images free.  How great is that and a wonderful way to add to your digital collection.  I sure hope you enjoy my card and I hope to see your name in the challenge.

Happy Crafting to you all.

Flowery Butterfly Wild Fairy

Good morning to one and all!  I am posting my inspirational post for CCK Stamps today.  She is flowery Butterfly Wild Fairy!!  Isn't she just gorgeous?  She is one of my personal favorites.  I love how she turned out.  You can get her by going to CCK's Esty Store here:https://www.etsy.com/shop/gjzcck.  She has a lot of beautiful images for you to choose from if you want to get this one to play along.  You can use any of her images but it must follow the theme of the month to play in the challenge.  And in this month it is Floral Display.  You can get all the details on the challenge site her:http://cck-digitalstamps-challenge.blogspot.com/  So go grab yourself a beautiful image and join us you still have a couple of weeks to do so.  You will get 2 entries into the challenge if you use one of Ching-Chou Kuiks images and if you want to use something else you can still enter but only get one chance.
Now on to this beautiful image.  I colored her with copics then used my label spellbinders die cut to cut each of the pieces to this card.  I embossed the top of the card and one other of the die cuts. I wanted her to be the center of attraction so I just used some gems to high light the edges, keeping it simple.  I made this into a hinged card as well.  I did manage to use most of the card out of my scraps.  Great way to get rid of some of them.

I do hope you like my card and will leave me a comment.  Until next time I wish you the best and Happy Crafting.

Beach Girl Framed

Well good morning to you all.  Or afternoon depending on when your reading this.  I have this card to showcase a set of images from Imagine That by Kris today.  She is called Beach Girl Framed.  As you can see by the promo below there are several different images to chose from.  This is a set like most of what Kris offers in her store here: http://www.imaginethatdigistamp.com.  If you want to use the colored images to make a quick card you sure can or you can color your image as I have done.  I like to color mine for two reasons.  First I can choose the colors that I want to suit the papers that I have and second I love to color.  You can mix and match sentiments from the several different sets that Kris is offering at the store.   She also has some papers there too that you can use.  I used a swirl paper behind my girl to make it look something like the sky behind her. And that was from my stash.  My two sand dollars are from one of the other sets and my sea shell is from my collection of sea shells.  We go to the beach a lot and I always bring back small sea shells to use on my cards.  My stash is getting low so may need another trip to the ocean soon.  Kris has a monthly progressive challenge I would like to invite you to join in on.  If you go to the store you will find a freebie that Kris is giving away for you to get into the challenge then if you use it to play along you will get the one for the next month challenge free.  It is a great way to build your digi images.  the challenge goes for the entire month so you have plenty of time to make your card and join in.

Happy Crafting to you all and I hope to see you in the challenges.
