Halloween

Well good morning to everyone out there in blogland.  What a glorious day we are having here in Central Florida.  I hope you all are having a great day as well. 

Today I am posting for the Design team for Scrapbook Stamp Society.  Our theme is Halloween and and I am reminding you to get your entries into our challenge to win some wonderful images by Sherri Baldy.  She has some of the most beautiful images on the web.  She is a very talented artist.  You can find the challenge here.   You don't have to use her images but if you don't have any and want to purchase some you can go to her  Esty shop here and get what you want.  She also has coloring books for sale as well.  

 This is my card for the reminder and I sure had a good time with this one.  I colored her with my copics and used eye shadow for the back ground color.  I didn't want to make it to dark so that is why I chose the eye shadow.  The little ghosts are some that I got at a local garage sale last year.  First time I have had a chance to use them.  The image is mounted on purple glitter paper but is hard to see in the photo but looks wonderful in real life.  The bow is just something I added as that corner looked bare.  I do hope you like my little witch and she can be found in the Esty shop as well by searching for scan 006.

Holiday Hippo

Good Morning to you all.  Today I am posting for my Guest Design Team position on Sandra Caldwell.  She has given us a digi to do for the website and I chose this Happy Hippo to color.  And my I introduce my Happy Holiday Hippo to you without further ado.  

Now you can see why he makes me happy.  He is just the most adorable Hippo you will ever find.  You can find him in the Esty shop here.  

I do hope you will pop over to the store and look around.  You will find some of the most adorable images that you have ever seen.  Sandra is a wonderful artist and I know you will love her images.   

I will be posting a new image release once every two weeks for you to see as they are released so check back on the 27th for another new release.

I'M TO CUTE!

Hey Everyone how are you all this beautiful sunny morning?

Things here in Sunny Florida are just wonderful. 

Today I am posting my card for the new release for Sandra Caldwell Stamps.  The name of this beauty is "I'm To Cute"  What a great name for a great image.  She is just a sweetheart and I had a ball coloring her. 

I did color her with copics as they are my go to medium for coloring.  I have done pencils but could never get the look I can with copics.  So here is the sweet Image. 

I really love this image just look at those eyes.  She is covered with my butterflies and flowers for bling.   The background is done with eye shadow as I wanted it to be muted not bold.  I have colored her one other time but didn't like the way she turned out so I redid her and wala here she is all nice and pretty.  Yes we all make mistakes some are fixable some are not.  LOL  Anyway you can find this wonderful image in the Esty shop by Sandra and that link is here.  So I am inviting you to go over to check out all the wonderful images by Sandra as she is a wonderful artist and has images for every occasion so you can't go wrong.

Fall Leaves

Good Morning all.  Today is my day to post for Festive Fridays from The Outlawz Challenge.

We have 4 themes you can choose from and you can find them on the challenge site here.  

I chose to use this sweet image by Bugaboo Stamps.  They are our sponsors for each week and you can find them here to find this sweet image if you want this one to play with.  

I colored my image with my copics and cut it out with a die cut  then I inked the edges to make it stand out.  I cut a few small leaves to put on as embellishments.  The small ones on the image are part of the cut outs from the die cut if you notice you see they look like leaves so I used them on the image  as embellishments.  I hope you like my card and will come play along to win some sweet images from Bugaboo Stamps.

Autumn

Well hello everyone.  I can't believe it is October already but it is still pretty warm here in the sunshine state.  It won't start getting cool till later this month.  And I sure am looking forward to some cooler weather as it has been a long September with the hurricanes.  I hope you all enjoyed your summer and are looking forward to Halloween.  

Today is my chance to Remind you of the Challenge going on over at Scrapbook Stamp Society.  You can find the challenge here in order to join and I do hope you will hop over and take a chance to win some images from Sherri. 

She is a wonderful artist.  She has thousands of images to choose from.  You don't have to use her images to join in however.  But if you want to go take a look to see what wonderful images she has the Esty Shop is here.

I colored her with my copics and mounted her on a bright yellow card then layered it with a bright Orange (autumn colors)  then used a Designer paper from Recollections on top of that.  The image is mounted on the same yellow as the card base.  The flowers are from Heartfelt creations and is the classic rose.  I colored them with stampin-up inks and shaped them with the heartfelt creations flower shaping tools.  I used glitter glue on the edges for some sparkle and the centers are Viva bright yellow.  It is a pretty simple card but love how it turned out.  I do hope you do as well.

Hi everyone, it is Friday again and I am here to show you my DT card for this week. I am posting for Festive Fridays Challenge.   Our sponsor each week is Bugaboo Stamps and you can find all the wonderful images we use here at the shop.

Now isn't she just adorable?  I love this image and colored her of course with my copics. (they are my go to medium for coloring.  I inked some card stock with different fall colors of ink and use that to cut out my leaves are they just so sweet?  I embossed the card front with a leaf embossing folder by Anna Griffin and it turned out so well. I love her folders.  I cut the other two pieces with a Stampin-up die cut.  All in all I love how she turned out and hope you do as well.

Football Player

Good Morning to one and all and  thank you for visiting my corner of the world today.

I just wanted to tel you a bit about my card.  It was colored with copic and I used blue and white twine to give it a more masculine look and then added the enamel dots to the side.  (doing male cards is hard for me and not sure why but hope this one is one you will like)
