Love

Hi everyone, I hope your having a great day and a wonderful week.  Today I am posting a reminder for our challenge at Scrapbook Stamp Society.  Our theme is die cuts and punches.  This little lady can be found in the Esty store here

I fell in love with this sweet girl and had to color her up.  I actually printed her full size by accident but colored her and will frame her for my girlfriends craft room.  I did the other one in different colors tho.

The die cut I used is a spellbinder and the punch I used was a fiskars heart punch.  I colored her with my copics and the gems are from the craft expo from years ago.  (I think I sorta over bought stuff and am still using it years later.  LOL)  .  My polka doted background paper is a scrap and the paper under that is a scrap of water color background I have made and put a said to use as they fit the theme.  I popped the image up with a piece of craft foam to give it some height.  I punched the word Love out in brown and orange to make it look like it had a shadow.  The punch is a EK success punch that was bought for me by a good friend.

I hope you will come play along in the challenge with us for a chance to win some wonderful images by the very talented Sherri Baldy.  You can find the challenge here

So till next time  Happy Crafting.  Have a wonderful day.

Monochrome Style Image 086

Good Morning to you all.
It is a wonderful sunny day here in  South Florida.  We have had a lot of rain here though but we need it.
Today I am posting a wonderful image that I did for Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge Blog.
The Theme this time is Monochrome.  I fell in love with this image as it reminds me of my sister.  I colored her hair gray and she has gray hair.
So with keeping with the theme I used gray's and white.  The background paper is also black gray and white.  The flowers I made special for this card using my heartfelt creations classic rose and flower shaping kit.  If you make these kind of flowers the flower shaping kit is a must in my opinion.  I couldn't make them look like this other wise.  I chose black leaves because the background was white and the green was not in keeping with the theme.  I really love how she turned out and I hope my sister likes it as well.  I will send it to her as a happy day card. (they are in the mist of a major renovation and she is a clean freak.)
I would like to invite each of you to come join the challenge at Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge Blog here.  So this is your reminder that there is still time to join the challenge to win some great prizes.
You can find her and a lot of wonderful images at the Esty Shop and I will post the link here for you to get there in a flash to find some great images to play with.

So crafters till next time I wish you nothing but wonderful days for crafting.
