Fathers Day at Fat-Tastic Tuesday

Good Morning all you sweet crafters out there.  This is my DT Challenge card for Fat-Tastic Tuesday Challenge  here  http://fattastictuesday.blogspot.co.uk/.  I love these two cats they remind me of my cat as a child.  The image is from Robyns Fetish  and the theme is Fathers day with natural elements.  This sketch above is the one we are following for this challenge.  We do what is called "Fat pages" and that is a 4x4 card.  They are very easy to make, and following a sketch makes it that much easier.  My image was a single cat but since it was Fathers day and I am making this card for my grandson to give to his daddy I wanted a father and son on it.  So we have "Morris Sr and Morris Jr."  I actually went out to get a dead limb off my tree to use on this card. (I know my grandson would do something like this)  I took a maple leaf from a stem of silk flowers and traced it and made a digi stamp out of it and colored it with prisma color pencils as well.  I colored the image with prisma colored pencils and OMS.  I added the buttons because it is for a boy!  No bling for my son.  I hope you like my card.  Happy crafting you you all.

  2. Nicely done Linda. Quite creative using the same image twice in different sizes. Love how you made your own digi leaf too.
