BLOG TRAIN WINTER ARABESQUE





In honor of Imagine That! Digis by Kris' 2nd Anniversary, we invite you all to a special "Blog Train of Freebies"!!  Kris has "hopped on board" with Pixel Scrapper this month and made up 10 mini-kits that are perfect for digi-scrapping, or printing and using for cards & other paper crafts in a beautiful "Winter Arabesque" theme.  Hop on board to collect them all and be inspired by our Design Team and if you are a member at Pixel Scrapper (it's free!) you can grab all of their mini kits as well :)



All you have to do is hop on the train at our challenge blog and go from blog to blog picking up (downloading) the mini kits - that's it!   Please leave each of the Design team some love to let them know you were there. 

If you started here you need to go back to the beginning to get all the mini Kits but if you came from Edwina's blog then your on the right track.  I used the Bunting/Lace/Borders Kit on my cards  You can get your kit by clicking on the download button and saving to you your computer.


  

Here is one of my cards using the images from the kits. The mouse is a new image from Kris and I decided that with Valentines day coming I would make a card and incorporate the kit with the new image.  My background paper is from my stash but I think you can get digital valentine paper from Kris as well.  The banner and the flower are from two different kits.  The sentiment is from the Mouse kit.  I think he is just so adorable I had to use him right away.  I sure hope you like him.
I also made one using some of the other embellishments in the other kits as well and here is one of them.  My butterfly is dementional with pop ups and two butterflies a smaller one on top.  I added glitter to the butterfly as well  This one is the frame kit and I cut the frame out and then cut the card front to match and I put the sentiment inside.  I love the way this one turned out.  I didn't want to take away from the kit so I left this one fairly plain. 
These kits are very versatile and can be used in Scrapbooking as well as card making.  We would love to see what you make with your kits once you have them so if you want you can upload them from most of the blogs here in the Link up
