Rory's Bag of Lady Bugs

Today I am posting this sweet image by Heather Valentine.  It is called Rory's bag of ladybugs.  Of course I had to have it as it matches my blog name.  I have so many of these wonderful little images and had to color this one up.

I used my copics to color her and the background is a new technique I have been trying and I love it.  It is so versatile you can use it with any image. Just change your color scheme  for the background.  I suggest everyone try it.  I found it on utube under water coloring.    My flowers are from heartfelt creations an it is the classic rose. the little ones are some from Michael's that I got a long time ago and never used.  I needed something to match some of the colors in my image so I used those to fill in.   I tried to keep it pretty simple so she would be the center attraction.
