Steam Punk Lady

This card was made for a challenge at the Outlawz challenge.  (www.outlawz.ning.com) for their sketch challenge SC102412,
I colored the lady with Tombow Water color markers and OMS which can be purchased at my website at: www.scrapbookstampshop.com
