My Teddy Bear

My entry for the freebie challenge at the Outlawz http://outlawzchallenges.ning.com.  Tag CFC011313. This challenge ends the 26 th of this month.  I am just squeaking in under the wire this time.  I colored my image with stamping up and towbow water markers.  I use a Martha Stewart Punch on the lacy part of the card and a fiskars punch for the flowers.  I added rhinestones to the flower for bling.  I made it in to a tag instead of a card to go with a gift for my granddaughter.  I hope you like it.  Thanks for looking and Happy Crafting to all.
