Good morning to you all. Today I am proudly posting my "Snow Princess" But she doesn't look like anything that has been in the snow. Our Challenge over at Creative Colors Challenge this week is Vanilla, mint green and white, with a twist to add butterflies. So I thought hum now how am I going to do this. Well I colored her with Copics and cut her out. Then I took the vanilla colored paper that I found and used a spellbinders die to cut that out and ran it through the cuddlebug dotted swiss embossing folder. It kinda sorta looks like snow? I used a spellbinders die to cut the flowers out as well. I made the flowers out of the mint green paper and the vanilla papers. I inked the edges of the vanilla with a mint green chalk die. Then I use glitter glue to make them sparkle. The leaf cuts are stampin-up and also the small ones came with the flower die. I got the rose buds from Crafty city and the small roses from a garage sale. The back ground paper is from a small pack of paper that I won in a blog hop and there was no name on it. I am down to the last 3 pieces and I use it sparingly. I then added my "butterflies" to the card. Just two small ones and they are not intrusive to the design but they are there. The image is from Lacy Sunshine and so beautiful and so much fun to color. You can checkout her site here. https://lacysunshine.weebly.com.
The owner Heather Valentine is so very talented and I love her images. So go check her out and come back and play along with us this week at Creative Colors challenge. Hope to see all my crafting friends there. Happy Crafting all.
